Easy 365-Day Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 365 days from the date you receive your order for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet these simple requirements:

• Be in original, unworn, and unused condition
• Have all original tags and labels attached
• Not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage
• Retain the original packaging (plastic bags, etc.) in good condition

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will unfortunately not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us First — Reach out to our customer service team at service@gogoalkits.com to request a return authorization and get the correct return address.
2. Package Securely — Place the item back in its original packaging and pack it safely to avoid damage during transit.
3. Ship Your Return — Use a trackable shipping method (we strongly recommend insured shipping). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refund Processing — Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete.

Important Notes:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
• Gogoalkits is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Personalized & Custom Items

Customized jerseys (with names, numbers, or special prints) are non-returnable unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or we made an error in the customization.

We are not responsible for player transfers, squad number changes, or badge updates after the jersey has been printed.

Return Abuse Policy

To keep our generous return policy fair for everyone, we monitor return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or patterns that suggest abuse may result in:

• Limited or suspended return privileges
• Refusal of future orders
• Account review or closure

We will notify you if any concerns arise.

International Returns

• All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges on the return shipment.
• Due to longer international shipping times, refunds may take slightly longer to process.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest and most reliable service, please return the item following the standard return process and place a new order for the size or style you need.

Resend Policy (for Sizing Issues) If the only issue is sizing and the item is otherwise in perfect unworn condition, we offer a convenient resend option. You simply pay the shipping fee for the new correct size, and you do not need to return the original item. This is often the quickest way to get the right fit.
